Kim graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Kim has been working as a bariatric coordinator since 2005 and has played a pivotal role in establishing the INTEGRIS Surgical Weight Loss Center.

Karen Meyers

Karen is a registered, licensed dietitian, certified personal trainer, and certified Wellcoach. She is an honors graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree and a Masters of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Management. Karen teaches nutrition on the college level and has extensive clinical and bariatric experience both in clinical and outpatient settings.
She has a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management from the ADA. Karen has served as President of the Oklahoma Dietetic Association (ODA) and has been named Outstanding Dietetic Educator in the state of Oklahoma and Emerging Leader in Dietetics by the ODA. She is the nutrition consultant for the Oklahoma Beef Council and co-author of the recently published Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies.
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Siggi Ming, ANP

Siggi Ming is an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with a Master of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she spent most of her nursing career in the operating room as a First Assistant. Siggi also has a Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Siegen, Germany.
Siggi is currently the leading provider for the Medical Weight Loss Clinic called Weight to Go located in Dr. Russell Gornichecs office. This program was created in August 2009. Through the use of dietary management, eating behavior modifications, appetite suppressants, and close supervision, she is able to provide a better chance of short and long term success with a non-surgical weight loss attempt. Siggi also works with patients who have had previous surgical intervention who are having difficulty with weight regain after successful weight loss.
Siggi enjoys working with bariatric patients. She feels that she can make a difference in patients lives by helping them to lose weight safely and to maintain the weight loss over a long period of time.
Siggi lives in Logan County with her husband, a retired Army pilot, her dog, and five horses.
Psychologists
Alan Ivy, Ph.D.,

Dr. Ivy received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis in 2006. He became licensed as a Psychologist by the State of Oklahoma in 2007.
Dr. Ivy has experience providing treatment and psychological evaluations for health-related issues (Bariatrics, Weight-loss, eating disorders, cardiac problems, diabetes, etc
), general behavioral and emotional problems, as well as working with couple and family difficulties.
Dr. Ivy has been working with bariatric patients since 2006 providing pre-surgical psychological evaluations and consultations. He also provides post surgical follow-up for patients needing or requesting additional assistance complying with their post surgical treatment protocol.
Bobby Martin, Ph.D.,
Licensed Psychologist; OK #926
Dr. Martin received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in Counseling Psychology in 2000 and had been licensed by the State of Oklahoma as a Psychologist since 2002. He is a full member of the American Psychological Association and the Oklahoma Psychological Association.
Dr. Martin has experience providing treatment and psychological evaluation services are a number of different areas including; basic psychopathology, health-related issues (Bariatrics, Weight-loss, eating disorders, pain management, diabetes, etc
), addiction related behaviors, and marriage and family related conflicts.
Dr. Martin has been working with bariatric patients since 2005, providing pre-surgical psychological evaluations and consultation, as well, as post surgical follow-up for patients requesting addition assistance complying with their post surgical treatment protocol.
