“Normally lunch is milder for me as I eat a very large breakfast,” Brianne informed us. “Occasionally I’ve leftovers from the evening before or any Greek yogurt with tomatoes.” Raw veggies and hummus are normally on the menu also.

Dinner is a simple formula for Brianne and her husband, Ashton Eaton, two-time Olympic gold medalist in the decathlon: “a kind of protein with a veggie side dish or two.” Here are a Couple of options they love to eat:
- Grilled pork chops with a spinach and beet salad and roasted brussels sprouts
“My poor habit is eating too many granola bars,” Brianne confessed. “I enjoy Kind, , or Mojo.” As for her “guilty pleasure,” she can not help but love great old-fashioned candy. Trader Joe licorice, and starbursts, Skittles are some of her top choices, since it is about balance.
